Could you be in love at 19 and ready to get married?

I truly love this person and want to spend my life with him. We want to get married obviously since we love each other a lot and also want to live together. We're still going to school but are paying our own ways so we don't go out much or do anything besides work and school and be together. However, do you think 19 is too early to know you're in love? Too early to get married?
