She poured her heart out and I wasn't sure about her...what's she thinking now?

I work with a woman that I think can be fairly attractive most days, and I get along with her fine. About a month or so ago, she came up to while I was working and said very nice things to me like how I was a good worker and all this other stuff. She also asked if I had a girlfriend, and when I said no, she said if I did she'd be really lucky. I've recently switched departments and do less work now, so I may have lost some street cred. Now we just chat, but things are obviously awkward, and she seems to avoid me sometimes. I think she may be embarrassed about saying those things to me hoping I'd react differently, and sometimes I wish I would have. I feel like a tool for blowing her off. ???
