6 years ago after having our second child (an unexpected blessing), my husband and decided I would have a

tubal ligation and he would have a vasectomy. I had the procedure with no complications but he never had the vasectomy performed. It makes me so angry that he said that he would do this and he never did. I changed my body as we both made an oral agreement and he never fulfilled his obligation. I'm starting to really resent him. How should I feel? What should I do ?
