How can I motivate teenagers to get involved in the only highschool podcast radio station in Canada?

I am a teacher at a school in northern Ontario and run a progressive alterntive podcast radio station at spartanyouthradio.com. I have some FANTASTIC kids who work to make this project work but most of the students (and the majority of the staff) at the school haven't even checked out our website? Any suggestions on what we can do to make it more appealing?
