Husband caught chatting with women online, says its harmless, what do you think?

My husband was caught chatting on facebook (Yoville game) to many women. I was told that he was saying some pretty bad stuff about me. When he was approached he said that he was messing with others and its all harmless. I feel like I was cheated on emotionally.
