Should I worry when after months of dating his online dating profile is still active and he denies it?

Obviously since we met online, I know what sites he has profiles on so I checked them yesterday and both have been logged into in the past week and updated with new pictures of him. I asked him what he did with his profiles and he said nothing. I didn't press him on it but we've been dating six months and just moved in together. Should I be worried?
