How do I handle my Husbands betrayal and lack of consideration for me as his wife.

My Husband and I are Christians and decided not to have sex before marriage. Now that we are married, he shows no interest in sex. It has been 9 lonely months and I have to fight for it. He never pleases me when I ask him. He seems to hate it. He also stares at attractive women when we are out and about and never stares at me even when I walk around with lingerie on. I feel so betrayed and need some help. And he did have blood work done and his testosterone level is normal.
