Should i stay with the woman i am with?

The whole thing started with me thinking i finally met the woman i have been waiting for. when we started talking and dating everytime i would wan to take care of she refuses and tell me she doesnt need my help. Anytime i am in pain she thinks she has to be there for me and i remind her of what she said and she says that only applies to me helping her. What should i truely do? i want to be happy but i dont know if i should leave.
