Why do men do this? Is it just to make us mad?

Every time my boyfriend and I go out, he cannot pay attention to me. Doesn't matter how good I look or what I'm saying. If another girl walks by, he will spin his head in a subtle way. The eyes follow. I can tell but he thinks I can't. I don't see other guys when I'm with him. Why is he like this???
