How do you get him to hit the toilet or is that too much to expect?

He knows that he leaves the floor wet when he goes to the bathroom and does not ever try to dry it after himself.
Not only does it leave my foot wet if I go to the bathroom it means if I do not clean the floor it will make the house smell foul.
He knows I will clean the floor eventually after him because I care about cleanliness and can not stand the smell of urine in the bathroom. What is the answer here?
