We've been married 6 years. We met up with my husband's friend and his wife for dinner on Friday. This is a guy he hasn't seen in about 8 years so it was right after we started dating. During dinner they are goiing back and forth telling stories and us girls are talking. His buddy is getting really drunk and apparently lets slip a secret story = my husband had sex with a prostitute AFTER we started dating. I was floored and he tried to backtrack several times and said it was a joke. I finally got it out of him that he was on a flight to Vegas for a work conference and talked up a girl on the flight who happened to be a hooker. They met up later that night. He said it was unprotected.
I flipped out and it's been up in the air ever since. My trust is gone and I can't believe he did it and didn't tell me sooner. He says he's never done anything since and that may be true but how am I supposed to feel about this? He had dirty sex with a random girl and then sex with me unprotected after that.
It's crazy to think he never told me about it and I don't know what to do about it. I may have gotten over it if HE had told me and not his friend but now I feel like a joke. This is crazy! And he thinks I should be over it since it happened so long ago...but it's NEW TO ME. Should I forgive and forget? I don't think so. This is big time stuff here.

I fessed up to it and it did happen. I only didn't bring it up because we had only had one date and it was ok so I didn't know if we were going out again. I had sex with the prostitute because I was a young guy in Vegas and was having a blast as what I thought was a single guy. I realize not using a rubber was a bad idea but who hasn't done something stupid like that when they were young?
So I get back from Vegas and here's this girl calling me to meet up with her and her friends at a bar. She ends up getting smashed and has unprotected sex with me in the passenger seat of my car. At that point if you'd count buying drinks as compensation, you could consider my future wife a hooker. I barely knew her either. So it follows the exact same pattern. I met the hooker on the plane and our "second date" was sex that I paid for. With my wife I met her on our first date (blind) and had sex with her on our "second date" which I paid for.
It was a long time ago and we're happily married now. It turns out I didn't contract anything from the prostitute because I got tested a month after we started dating. I'm sorry it happened now but I didn't know then and since I thought I was single I didn't think I needed to tell you. But now I can only apologize so much and since you started this, I've wanted to show you the similarities and the hypocrisy in what you're saying.
So I just want to get past this and forget about it. Let's just chalk it up to life. I've been trustworthy ever since and I've never thought about doing it again. Case closed.
