LD Relationship And Can't Agree Who Should Move!

Side 1 says...
We met online and fell in love! Problem is that I live in Delaware and he lives in Arizona. So for the last 6 months we have been taking turns flying back and forth to see eachother once a month. Given the state of the economy and the simple desire to be together more than once a month we have realized that it has come time to make a decision about who should move where.
Here is why he should come to me:
1) Im in nursing school right now. It would be a lot harder for me to leave the school im in and find a new school there that would accept all of my credits without putting me behind somehow.
2) He's a web developer. He can litterally live anywhere he wants and still make the same amount or more. In fact he has looked into working in Manhattan (a place he has always wanted to go to and live) and he can make double the amount he is making in Arizona. The cost of living is higher but at double the income he would still come out on top.
3) He has never lived anywhere but Arizona. Delaware may be a small state but it is by everything. 2 hours from NYC, and hour from Baltimore, an hour from DC, an hour from Atlantic City, an hour from the beach, 20 mins from Philly. He needs to get out into the world and experience something new.
4) Becuase of religous reasons, we are not going to be living together until we get married. So it makes more sense for someone who already has their career in place and is makeing a lot more money than I am to be living here than for me to move and try to support myself and still go to school and pay out of state tuition.
5) I have already agreed that after we get married and I graduate that I would be more than happy to move back to Arizona. I grew up on the west coast and love the weather there. I'm just asking him to try the east coast for a few years.
We need to make a decision. And the sooner the better. Cause we are litterally spending hundreds of dollars a month on airfare.

First of all I would like to counter her reasons for me moving and then add my 2 cents.
1) She is in nursing school. The keyword here is "school". She can easily transfer to a little school here called Arizona State University. I'm sure they would be happy to work things out here and transfer her credits over.
2) I am a web developer and I'm currently self employed. I am working very hard to keep my business profiting. Yes I could transfer to another state and get a 9 to 5 job, but I would have to through away everything I worked so hard for. The cost of living is higher, therefore I would be making "less" money doing freelance work.
3) I've always lived in Arizona and I absolutely love it. What is the temperature in Delaware right now? It happens to be 85 degrees in AZ. Maybe she should come enjoy some tanning weather instead of deciding how many layers of clothes to put on for the day. By the way, I'm driving distance from California & Las Vegas.
4) I'm considering attending school as well and I'd have to pay out of state tuition myself.
5) We won't be living with each other until we get married. Where has she always wanted to live? New York! Where have I always wanted to live? New York! Wouldn't it be nice to experience something we've always wanted together?
She has already mentioned to me she would be very willing to move out here. She has family out here which would pay her to nanny for them. She can live rent free and go to school. I think it would be a wise decision. I love you babe!
