Should I move out of the country?

I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years now. I have never loved someone the way I love him. We plan to get married in the near future and start our lives together. Problem is that he is not from U.S. He is from Guatemala. That is where he wants to get married and live out his life. I wont know anyone there (guaranteed that it will help that I speak spanish). Is it a bad idea for me to relocate so far away for him? Leaving all my family and the LIFE that I know behind.
