I'm I being jealous or is it a little disrespectful?

My honey and I are getting married in three months. I feel he is sharing too much info with his ex wife. He had a procedure done at the doctors today where it took most of the morning. I took off from work to take him. Tonight after dinner his ex calls and asks how it all went. He said "fine" and then proceded to tell her all about it. I feel he disrespected me by sharing all that with her. This is just one of many situations where I feel he disrespects me when it comes to her.
