do you think i should pay late fee's

"I recently had 3 major heart surgiers since Jan. 09 i have disability insurance but they only paid 300.00 every 2 weeks my bills were piling up but i always saw to it my landlord was paid first and yes the payments were late but only a few days i have rented from him for 5 years and always paid my rent early even sometmes a month in advance but since i beccame ill he has been tacking on 100.00 dollars a month late fees i find this unreasonable and refuse to pay this was a case of illness beyond my control not poor finiancial planning and he has never even so much as thanked me for the early payments so what do you think cyber world...view more"
