How to raise Confidence?!

I've basically been in a relationship for the past year and a half now. My first girlfriend I was with a little short of 5 Months. Then I asked my second girlfriend out only a month after me and the first girlfriend broke up. And me and her lasted for eight months. I really am clueless of how to start new again. I met my second girlfriend because she was in the lunchline, and my first one, was because of myspace. I'm in a little bit of a pickle here. I'm a junior in HS. And I'm still a virgin. (that's not the problem with ME being a virgin!) The problem is that MOST girls in my school, are not virgins. I hear sex stories ALL THE TIME about people doing it. Personally, It's not me. I just talked to this girl today, her name's Kelsey. I'd like to see if we can date (after awhile of course!)

My question for everyone!

Is how do I raise my confidence level?

Personally, (this is how I feel about myself) When I was trying to get a girlfriend for the first time, I accidentally freaked out a lot of girls They thought I was really creepy, and the result, they stopped talking to me. I thought I was the luckiest man on the face of the planet to get my first girlfriend. And now that I am looking for a new girl, I still think the same way. I think when I talk to girls, that I think that they think I'm creeping them out. I REALLY don't mean to though! And I personally think I can't get a good looking, pretty girl either. Both of my girlfriends in the past, have been "Decent" looking. I'd like a girlfriend that's pretty!

If you can, please help me in any way!

Hopefully if I'm really lucky I can hangout and maybe date this girl Kelsey!
