anniversary any ideas?

Hi there...So it's my 1st year anniversary with my boyfriend on tuesday, and I know I'm cutting this a little close and I've been doing a lot of thinking about what we should do. We're both really busy that day with labs and midterms but after it all were going skating. I'm so excited! the only thing is i wanted to make a gesture...He knows how much I love him but I want to show him!
We both love the show friends, specifically the one where Pheobe tells Ross that Rachel is his lobster. A while ago we kinda turned that into our like phrase lol. I wanted to do something like that but i mean we can't go and eat lobster cuz like ew so I'm not sure what else to do...any ideas?
