How do I get him to be more romantic?
When we first started dating everything was great! We would go on dates, he would bring me flowers for no reason, suprises all the time. Now it's been two years and seems he has stopped trying completely. Every time I bring it up he says we don't have the money to go out and do stuff all the time. I try to explain that it doesn't have to cost a lot, I would LOVE a simple candlelit dinner at home. He doesn't seem to get it.
How can I explain to him that romance doesn't have to equal money?
Should I be the one to plan a romantic night?
