What actions would you take to correct and replenish your relationship with your son/daughter and the Court?

After years of fighting and advocating for our child, the legal system let us down. Our childs parent has mastered manipulation in respect to the system and our child. The facts/evidence were not thoroughly investigated or looked at. Our child has been emotionally affected by it all. Our child is withdrawn as one parent insists on advocating negative and unreasonable tactics. I am in the process of contacting the ABA and have tried contacting the Court System with no success. I am searching for Pro/Bono advocates to acquire a fair and reasonable opportunity to disclose the problems and a better resolution for our childs sake.
