Why doesn't he pay enough attention?

Okay so i could possibly be pregnant and he knows this. We are both stressed out and i am going through a lot right now. At times i try and make him realize that i am upset so he can ask me or try to help but he acts like he doesnt realized or he doesnt care. Also i will say something that is important to me and he just says "yea" or "okay". What should I do?
