What are the symptoms of a emotionally unavailable man ?

I have done everything i can to show him i am worthy of having him ,when i talk about marriage its out of the question there is always some excuse and sometimes he mind is out in left field like he has something other than me on his mind . when he is home at nite he talks to everyone on his phone and i am just sittin around wandering why wont he talk to me we can not even be mad about anything he wont even ask me how was my day and i just wanna enjoy his company sometimes but he will call everybody in his phone book and talk to them then when he hangs up he want have 2 words to say to me only then if he talks to me its to complain or pick a fight .
