I have a phobia that my boyfriend is always using against me to make himself laugh. Sign of insensitivity?

I am claustrophobic and I hate being in confined areas. My boyfriend thinks it's funny when I go into serious panic attacks and cry. He locks the bathroom door on me, shoves me in the closet, and sometimes pulls the sheet over my head not letting me out. I know he loves me otherwise but I don't know if I should be concerned that he will be insensitive about other things if I marry him or especially to kids we would have! Thoughts?
