Special Birthday in 10 minutes?

Hello,
Tomorrow is my teacher's birthday, well she was my teacher last year, not now, we're friends tho.
I would like to bring her a cake cuz I appreciate her very much, but i also wanna make her birthday special...
I only have like 20 minutes to see her, since shes hispanic, and loves latin music, I was thinking about walking in the door, with the cake and some latino music...
and give her a surprise :)
any advices?
