Is it wrong that my bf made other plans when my brother is in town for a visit?

My bf has known about my brother coming into town for months. Although we did not have a set itinerary, we did brainstorm different bars he might like, restaurants to take him to, etc. my bf has not yet met my brother (whom I'm really close to) so it was really important to me that they meet and get to know each other. He says he will likely be able to meet up for "a drink or two", but my feelings are still really hurt. My family lives on the other side of the country and only comes out one time a year. His family is local and I go to all their functions. I feel like he isn't taking me as seriously as I'm taking him and it really hurts my feelings. Are my feelings justified?
