Should I text this girl?

I recently went to the University of Wisconsin- Madison to party with a bunch of my friends. We ended up going to a frat house and partying there. Well at the party i met a girl and we danced and stuff and she eventually gave me her number. She had to leave not long after that, but we texted a while the rest of the night, and it ended with us both saying goodnight. I haven't texted her since then, but I thought she was really cool. Should I text her again or would that make me seem like a stalker??
