How can I restart my life after a breakup with my fiance?

Just broke with my fiance after 7 years. I feel so outta the loop. Most days I just want to lie on the couch, cry, and eat junk food. I have very little friends because when we were together he was very jealous and protective. I just feel lost. How can I restart my life.
