How can I change my family to come down for dinner when it's ready? On computer, phone, or watching TV in bdrm

My husband & 2 sons stay upstairs in their rooms & come down when they want. Meanwhile, the dinner becomes cold because it just sits on the counter. I'm so frustrated. Have gotten mad many times to no avail. I give up. We don't eat together so I know that's the main problem.
