What do I do with my family about my inheritance?

My father died a while ago and my mother just died leaving all their money to me (close to 7 figures). I am an only child and my dad has a brother. My uncle and his family are struggling with money and he really has been non-existant in our lives UNTIL my mom's funeral. My mother didn't like him and wouldn't give them money.

I know he is trying to butter me up and get some money because he calls me every other day to see how I am and if I need anything. I've heard from him in the past 3 months more than I heard from him in the last 30 years.

I feel bad for my cousins (they are much younger than me and still live with my aunt and uncle) because they don't have much. They are surviving but not comfortably. So should I give the family some money or is that opening a door? Should I just set up trusts for my cousins?
