Do you really need a shower in the morning before work???

I share a small studio with a coworker and she tells me that she doesn't shower in the morning. We start around 4:30am and I reckon there's nothing better then a warm shower to wake you up. She can't be bothered so i put up with a stinky coworker who doesn't do their hair
