how do you tell your friend she's flirting and going from guy to guy way to much

my friend has gone out with 40 guyz in the past 3 months and she only dates them for a little while and every time i look at her shes always flirting with a guy i dont want to tell her that shes trying to hard cause that might make her feel bad so what do i do
