My girlfriend keeps eating salsa with a spoon. To me it's like eating ketchup plain with a spoon. It's condiment that's used for chips.

One night by BF was eating salsa and chips. I love salsa so I took some of it into a separate dish and started spooning it. He was so disgusted he said to never do that in front of him again and that it was "weird." He thinks the world will agree with him that it is "gross." I think he needs to loosen up a little. Besides, we're talking tomatoes people! Not rocky mountain oysters! Salsa is essentially no different from say gazpacho or tomato salads right?
