I've been with Jason for 3 years going on 4 in May. So when I bring up Valentine's Day and he tells me that we aren't doing anything going to his apartment to watch old movies and order a pizza, I got a little mad. I mean we've been together a long time now and he's acting like this now and not wanting to do anything on special days whats it gonna be like down the road.
I don't want him thinking he's content and that doing boring things now that we've been with each other so long is ok. I still like being fun once in awhile since god knows we don't do it all the time...
I will even pay for it if we can just do something other than stay in!

What if it was meant to be special? I took you to a $200 dinner the first year we dated and a trip to Chicago the second one together.
Maybe I just want to stay in and be with you.
Maybe the one was going to be special.
Maybe there is a reason why I chose to stay in other than being content.
Maybe I had a plan.
Maybe there was a ring involved.
Maybe that ring was going to be hidden for you to find.
You want answers before it actually happens. Why didn't you wait until after the 14th then you might not have posted at all. Now, IF I was going to do anything special Sunday night, I can't because now you know. Guess you'll just have to wait another year :)
Or maybe I just did want to stay home. I'm not going to say you were getting a ring. But I definitely want you to think that you were since movies and pizza with me doesn't sound good enough for you.
