Ok, so this is kinda embarrassing, but here goes. My husband and I have different opinions about how much a person should bathe. Now, this never came up before we were married because of course he always showered before our dates! But now that we're newlyweds he seems to think he only needs to bathe if he's worked out or if I've told him that I want to have sex that night. (I suppose one solution would be to have sex every night... but still...) Most of the time he ends up bathing 2-3 times a week. I love my husband, but I'm tired of smelling his BO. Am I the only one who thinks this is gross?

Oh gosh. Well, first I'd like to say that I wish Penny had come straight to me with this. And second, I want to make clear that I'd never disregard my beloved's concerns. (Sorry honey!) But, in my own defense, Penny is exaggerating a little. I bathe at least every other day, more if I've exercised. I also wear deoderant. I am not one of those guys who prances around oblivious of my body odor. That said, I do feel that most Americans tend to want to erase any vestige of their bodies. I happen to find Penny's "natural scent" sexy. I hope this doesn't make me sound crazy, but it makes me kind of ashamed and sad to learn she doesn't feel the same way.
