Should husbands buy tampons for their wives?

My husband will not buy feminine products for me. I think it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Every girl needs them. Its not that I expect him to do it all the time, but there are sometimes when that time rolls around and I'm feeling too sick to go to the store, but I'm out and need to get some. It would mean the world to me if he could step out of his comfort zone in my behalf.
