I'm about to marry a man with no libedo he wont see a councelor. Will he ever change ? Should I break this off

He has always had erection issues & I've tried toys,creams,talking,exercise,foods,things in common, sports games, doing things he wants to do, not having sex for months on end. I made him visit a relationship counselor. Talked about kids and frank conversations about IVF
He is very touchy DPAs all the time, he says he loves me & worships the ground I walk on .... But no libedo.
The wedding is in 6 months
Should I break this off??
