how does one go about were my wife tells her friends every time we have an argument .

after a week of not getting along the wife and i go to a winery where only two other couples are going to be there; well here goes 20 people show , people brought food, we didn't, a couple i do not like to be around with, and my wife knows that, are there; now i am NOT having a good time iam very non-socialble; wine-up staying for 2hrs. we don;t talk to each on the ride home or at the present time are on shakey grounds with each other, wife saying i embarrassed her. help!!!
