Should my wife divorce me?

I have violated the marrige contract multiple times over 20 years, I did stop all the marriage breaking activity except lying. I continued to closet smoke when my wife asked me to do it in the open so the financial burden would not effect the budget. I have failed to do this 7 times in the last 4 years. I am currently out of the smokers closet and my wife is over it.
