Is it fair for me to be upset and demand that this stop?

Been married for over 30 years, wife found out that an ex-classmate/boy friend lives only 30 minutes from us. He is single and owns a bar. They have rekindled thier relationship, much of it behind my back. Casino runs, visits at his bar, shopping, 200 to 300 text and phone calls a month. She insist that there is nothing physical going on, but needs his friendship at this time. They have had no contact for more than 30 years before this.
