Do I have the right to be mad at my husband?

My husband didnt bother to book a restaurant for my birthday dinner last week, my friends all made a fuss over me on the day, but to him it just seemed to be just a normal day. I always take him out on his birthday and plan the kids birthdays, so I think it would have been nice for him to do some arranging for a change.
