How can I tell my mom to get a divorce?

I'm 13 and I know my parents need a divorce. Now, I realize that I'm only 13 and some people think it's none of my business, but you don't know how bad my father is. My older bro (who is a doctor) says he didn't get half the stuff that my younger bro, sisters, mom, and me get now. My dad always goes to different states and stuff for work. He always goes out to some bar and gets majorly drunk. He also yells at us for everything. Please answer. I NEED ADVICE!
