Do men prefer their woman to take control? (or most of it)

As I observe the relationships of friends and family, it seems men desire at least a small bit of bossiness from their woman. It seems the happiest couples are the ones whose power is close to balanced (vs. male-dominant). But when I say "close," I mean around the 70(her)/30(him) or 80/20? Do you agree? What do you think (men and women)???
