What does it mean when your husband says I'll move on in 2 weeks?

My husband and I recently got into this arguement. I had asked him how long it would take him to bring another girl around our children and our mutual friends if we got a divorce. He answered me 2 weeks. What does that mean? To me that is a slap in the face. He said I am not going to sit around and cry about it. I can drop people like a bad habit.
