Am I wrong for being upset???

This is embarassing to me. We live in a small village on a village street with houses all around us. Well, we DO have indoor plumbing (actually 2 bathrooms) My husband chooses to urinate outside between our garage and the next door neighbors. I hollered at him about that because there are kids in the neighborhood and he doesn't live in the country. So, the other day, I accidently walked into the garage and caught him going in a plastic container and then emptying between the garages. We have been fighting over this. He sees nothing wrong with it. I think its disgusting. I told him he was just too lazy to walk into the house and go. He says its not hurting anyone. Am I wrong to feel this way???
