If a spouse makes life miserable so you ask them to leave for good, should YOU have to pay for the dissolution?

My spouse usually works 36-48 hours and then works his business the third day but manages to get home very late that third day so we have little or no time together. On top of that, he has posted a profile on a dating site (where we met, no less) stating that he is separated but seeking a long term relationship. We have only been married a year and he has not supported me financially during this time and keeps his earnings a secret. I am my Mom's full-time caregiver as of July. My question is not whether I should stay with him but whether he should expect me to help pay for the dissolution. Seems to me that he has done everything in his power to get me to ask him to leave.
