About Me

I feel that counseling is about building a trusting relationship with a person, helping them realize what they're looking for, and finding a way to get there. 
I have experience working with specific diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and more. More often, though, I work with those who just have "problems," as everyone does at times.  Emotional instability, anxiety and panic, grief and loss, relationship struggles, addiction, career exploration, anger management, and sexual dysfunction are just a few of such problems.

Qualifications
