About Me

My name is Lori Burke, LSW. I have been working in the field of Social Work for sixteen years. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with an inability to cope with everyday stressors, as well as people faced with the challenges of managing a major mental health condition. In addition, I use a supportive, strength based approach when working with my cliets to aid them through the process of changing their ability to interact, cope and modify their behavior. It is my personal and professional goal to empower these individuals to believe in themselves. I work with individuals and couples to improve their relationships with one another in order to create a peaceful and stress free lifestyle.

For the past sixteen years, I have worked with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in Panic Disorder, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. While treating these conditions, I provide psychoeducational, cognitive behavioral interventions in a relaxing, nurturing, strength-based manner.
