Side 1 says...
We have lived in a gorgeous beach community in southern california for almost a decade. We have no immediate family in the area and now have a toddler. Although we live in a great community, we have to struggle to live in the area. We are renting a place and my husband has a job that he may be losing soon. I feel that it is time to pack up and move closer to family. We can try to catch up on some debt and have family to help us out. We would be moving to the seattle area. My husband does not want to move out of the area because we have great weather and likes to surf. I feel we should be with family and buy a house.

I want to stay in the area because it is beautiful I love the weather. I know that we will never be able to afford a house out here but I have a good job and we are renting a nice place. I wish we could have more family around but they can move out here. I grew up in washington it rains all the time and it is cold. I love my family more than anything in the world and I think that they are well provided for.
