So recently my husband saw me come home with some shopping bags and interrogated me about where I'd been and how much money I'd spent and if any of the stuff I bought was actually necessary. Well of course it's not completely necessary but I did need these things! Does he really think that I wake up looking this cute? No! It takes cute clothes, shoes, bag and makeup to make me look so pretty and presentable. And yes if he must know I did need new black pants for work, I did need new peep-toed pumps for the bridal shower I have on Sunday, I did need new foundation and bronzer since mine is running out and I did need a new brown purse since I have a beige one and tan one but not brown and they are all completely different! I work just as hard as he does so I should be able to spend it when I deem necessary!

I understand that she is a girl and that she likes to buy things. I like to buy things too. But she will come home every weekend with a little something here and little something there and then justifies it all by saying she needs it and it was on sale. Then how come when we are getting ready to go out I constantly hear her say I have nothing to wear! I don't understand. I haven't bought anything for weeks and yet I always find something to wear.
She has to manage our money better and learn that just because the purse is on sale, that is not reason enough to buy it. She cannot possibly need all the things she says she needs. She looks great with her old clothes so I don't understand why she has to spend money buying new stuff.
