My husband has never liked Christmas and never really got into it with out kids. He hates getting together with family and buying presents for other people. I don't know why because the rest of his family loves it.
The kids are grown and they have their own kids and I can't even get him to be in a good mood with the grandkids. Just once I want to see him have a good time. Not just for me but for himself.

I'm sorry I just think Christmas is just too commercialized now. It's all about giving gifts, spending money, black friday. That's not what Christmas is about and it gets me into a bad mood to see that's all most people care about. It's just something I can't shake. I'd like to be in a better mood but evertime I see someone trying to out do someone else with a present it irritates me.
